CCS Hosts Christian College Fair

Chattanooga Christian School (CCS) hosted the regional Christian College Fair on March 10. The schools represented were all part of the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP). Students from local public and private high schools in the Chattanooga area were invited to and explore the fair and experience the 55+ acre campus.

Twenty-four NACCAP colleges participated, showcasing their programs to Chattanooga-area students. Local Tennessee schools included Lee University, Bryan College, and Union University. Representatives from farther-reaching institutions, such as Wheaton College near Chicago, Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va., and Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach, Fla., were also in attendance—along with many more.

Greg Davick, high school academic and college counselor at CCS, shared, “This is a really good opportunity for students to see both regional and out-of-area colleges.” Davick, who attended Covenant College for his undergraduate degree, noted that Covenant was among the NACCAP schools represented.
