2025 Specialty Camps

We look forward to having your child join us for one of our themed camps. Camp information is organized by date and age. Our program is designed to provide maximum flexibility. You can mix and match with our Day Camp options to create the perfect schedule for your summer.

May 27-30

Morning

  • Wrestling | K-5th | 9 AM-12 PM

    Our Wrestling Camp will teach the basic fundamental skills of the sport of wrestling. We hope that, by attending, participants will begin to grasp the foundational techniques necessary to become successful athletes.

    Campers will work with the CCS Wrestling coaching staff and members of the high school wrestling team. The cost of this camp is $200.

  • Softball | 3rd-8th | 9 AM-12 PM

    Step up to the plate at our Softball Camp, where players of all skill levels can develop their game in a supportive and energetic environment. Campers will refine their hitting, fielding, and pitching techniques through interactive drills and team-building activities. With expert coaching and plenty of game time, this camp is perfect for fostering confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport!

    The camp will be led by CCS softball coaching staff. The cost of this camp is $200.

  • Middle School Football | 4th-8th | 9 AM-12 PM

    The CCS Middle School Summer Football Camp will focus on football fundamentals, skill development, and offensive/defensive techniques. Campers will also be introduced to skill tests such as the 40-yard dash, vertical jump, and pro agility test, as well as the importance of academics, physical fitness, and spiritual well-being.

    Campers will be coached by the current CCS football coaching staff. This 4-day camp is for rising 4th-8th graders. The cost of this camp is $200.

  • Strength Foundations | 5th-8th | 12 PM-1 PM

    Interested in improving athletic performance but don't know where to start or haven't been shown how? Then Strength Foundations is for you! Come learn the fundamentals of movement and how to safely and properly navigate the weight room. We'll cover the essential movement patterns, along with age- and skill-appropriate progressions and regressions for each.

    This camp is open to rising 5th through 8th graders. The cost is $100.

    Come join us for a week of Messy Adventures with messy games, crafts, and adventures! Campers are guaranteed to get messy with shaving cream, paint, and many other creative activities.

    Come join us at the Maclellan Tennis Center for Tennis Camp! All sessions are divided by skill level and age. We will focus on basic strokes, enhanced motor skills, footwork and balance, strategy and tactics, teamwork, rules of the game, mental toughness, and conditioning in a fun, age-appropriate, and encouraging environment.

    Each camp will be led by the CCS Tennis coaching staff. The cost of this camp is $225.

It’s the perfect place to build confidence, express individuality, and have fun with new friends who share a passion for fashion and creativity!

  • Escape Room | 5th-8th | 1 PM-4 PM

    Does your child enjoy riddles and breaking codes? Join us this summer for Escape Room Camp as we work together to "Escape the Room!" Kids will learn to break codes and solve problems while working as a team. The Gamemaster will guide them as they race against the clock to escape the room.

    Come learn how to be a chef during a fun week of menu planning, preparation, and cooking in our Kids in the Kitchen camp! All materials are provided and are nut-free. Students will learn to plan, prep, and create their favorite dishes using safe cooking techniques.

    Come spend a week improving your skills in the game of soccer! This camp will focus on both technical and tactical soccer skills. It’s perfect for those who want to learn the basics or for players looking to enhance their existing skills and knowledge of the game.

    Come spend the week immersed in Pokémon! Whether you're a seasoned trainer or a new player, this camp is perfect for all Pokémon fans. Campers will have the chance to trade cards, play games, learn new strategies, and compete in friendly tournaments. This camp is a great way to explore the Pokémon universe, make new friends, and develop teamwork and strategic thinking skills.

    Come explore Chattanooga’s amazing places! Chattanooga Explorers Camp offers a full day of discovery as campers learn about the unique sights and attractions around the city. Each day, campers will leave campus for a new adventure, hiking beautiful mountains and exploring hidden gems in the Chattanooga area. It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with nature, learn about local history, and experience the beauty of our city firsthand!

    Swing into action at our Golf Camp, where campers will learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun and supportive environment. From mastering their swing to improving putting skills, participants will receive hands-on coaching tailored to all skill levels. With engaging drills, friendly competitions, and plenty of time on the course, this camp is perfect for young golfers looking to build confidence, refine their technique, and develop a love for the game!

    Campers will be transported off campus to First Tee for this camp. The cost of this camp is $225.

  • Cake Wars | 4th-8th | 9 AM-12 PM

    Come learn the art of creating delicious cakes, cupcakes, muffins, and cookies at our Cake Wars Camp! Each day, campers will dive into the world of baking, learning everything from basic recipes to decorating techniques. They'll also have the chance to create beautiful dessert displays and showcase their sweet creations.     Campers and their dolls will have the ultimate camp experience! At American Girl Doll Camp, girls and their dolls will enjoy a week full of fun activities including games, movies, crafts, and much more. Each day will feature exciting adventures where campers can bond with their dolls while getting creative and having a blast. All materials will be provided for crafts and activities. Don’t have an American Girl Doll? No problem! Bring any of your favorite dolls along for a fun-filled week of crafting and play.     Do you want to babysit but aren’t quite sure if you’re ready, or perhaps you just want to add to your babysitting resume? At our Babysitter Certification Camp, you can come spend a week learning the essential skills every babysitter should know. By the end of the camp, you'll leave with a CPR certification as well as a Red Cross Babysitter certification, giving you the confidence to start your babysitting career.

    The cost of this camp is $250.

    Ever wonder if the myths you hear are true? Myth Busters Camp gives campers the chance to test out popular myths and find out for themselves! Campers will use critical thinking and creativity to prove or disprove some of the most common myths. This camp promises a week full of discovery and excitement.

    Are you interested in getting a head start on the many steps of the college application process? CCS’s College App Boot Camp helps rising seniors with application essays, resumes/activities lists, and understanding each college or university's application submission systems and deadlines.

    Tuesday and Thursday of the camp will focus on the college application process, and students will begin filling out their college applications. Wednesday and Friday will concentrate on Common App essay topic selection and the drafting of college application essays. For questions about whether this is the right workshop for your rising senior, please contact your academic counselor.

    This camp will be led by CCS High School Academic and College Counselor staff. This is a 4-day camp, Tuesday, July 29 through Friday, August, 1. The cost of this camp is $150.

    Robotics Build & Program: Beginners is an entry-level class designed for students entering CCS Upper School Robotics. Current robotics team members are also welcome to sign up.

    Learn the fundamentals of the robotics design process while building your robot for the 2025/26 VEX Robotics Competition (VRC) season. Build and program a prototype. Test. Modify. Repeat. In one week, you and your team will design and construct your own robot in preparation for daily scrimmages, culminating in a tournament on the final day. CCS will provide all the parts and equipment for use during the week.

    This camp will be led by CCS Robotics coaches and top robotics students, who will share their tips and tricks for making and improving competitive robot builds. The cost of this camp is $450 (includes lunch).

Camp Cancellation Policy

There is a $20 change fee for all adjustments made after May 1.
There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before May 1. After May 1, a  $50 cancellation fee is applied to each canceled camp up to 14 days before the camp start date at which time the cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the camp. There are no refunds available if canceled 7 days or less before the camp start date.
