Our camps fill up fast, so register early! Registration is open until each camp has reached its maximum number of campers or until the Monday before that camp starts. If the camp is full, you will have the option to be added to the waitlist.
CCS offers multiple options for a full day of camp. You may register for a Specialty Camp and add a half day of Day Camp or you may choose two Specialty Camps. There is a $50 add-on fee to cover care between Specialty Camps. This fee includes lunch.
There is a $20 change fee for all adjustments made after May 1. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before May 1. After May 1, a $50 cancellation fee is applied to each canceled camp up to 14 days before the camp start date at which time the cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the camp. There are no refunds available if canceled 7 days or less before the camp start date.
Campers are welcome to bring lunch from home as long as it is nut-free. However, refunds are not available for campers who decide to eat lunch from home rather than the lunch included in their camp.
Yes! Lunch is included for all campers who attend any of the CCS Day Camp programs—including Half Day Camp add-ons or any full day Specialty Camps. For example, if your camper is attending CCS Day Camp, then lunch is included in the cost of the camp. If your camper is attending one Specialty Camp along with a Half Day Camp add-on, then lunch is included in the cost of camp.
Only campers who attend a full day of camp are eligible to purchase lunch. Full day camps include the cost of lunch. There is a $50 add-on fee to cover care between two Specialty Camps. This fee includes lunch.
* Lunch is not available for purchase for campers who attend only one Specialty Camp per day.
