How do I register for camps?
Registration opens in January 2025. -
What do I need to send with my camper?
Parents will receive an email the week prior to camp with a list of the required items. -
I forgot to register. Can I still get into my camp?
Our camps fill up fast, so register early! Registration is open until each camp has reached its maximum number of campers or until the Monday before that camp starts. If the camp is full, you will have the option to be added to the waitlist. -
If I sign up for a Specialty camp, can I make it a full day?
CCS offers multiple options for a full day of camp. You may register for a Specialty Camp and add a half day of Day Camp or you may choose two Specialty Camps. There is a $50 add-on fee to cover care between Specialty Camps. This fee includes lunch. -
What is your refund policy?
There is a $20 change fee for all adjustments made after May 1. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel before May 1. After May 1, a $50 cancellation fee is applied to each canceled camp up to 14 days before the camp start date at which time the cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the camp. There are no refunds available if canceled 7 days or less before the camp start date. -
My child is attending two specialty camps. Will I have to pick them up at the end of the first camp and bring them back for the second camp?
No, for $50 per week of camp your camper can join us for lunch and some down time before the afternoon camp starts.

Do you offer any discounts?
If you register before April 15, 2025 there is no registration fee. There is no code needed. The discount will automatically be applied. -
Is there any option other than 5 days a week?
Yes, there is a 3-day (M, T, TH) and 2-day (W, F) option for Day Camp. Spaces are limited. -
Who provides lunch?
SAGE Dining Services delivers a delicious, healthy, nut-free lunch made fresh each day. -
Can my child bring lunch from home?
Campers are welcome to bring lunch from home as long as it is nut-free. However, refunds are not available for campers who decide to eat lunch from home rather than the lunch included in their camp. -
Is lunch included with camp?
Yes! Lunch is included for all campers who attend any of the CCS Day Camp programs—including Half Day Camp add-ons or any full day Specialty Camps. For example, if your camper is attending CCS Day Camp, then lunch is included in the cost of the camp. If your camper is attending one Specialty Camp along with a Half Day Camp add-on, then lunch is included in the cost of camp. -
Can my child purchase lunch if he or she attends a specialty camp?
Only campers who attend a full day of camp are eligible to purchase lunch. Full day camps include the cost of lunch. There is a $50 add-on fee to cover care between two Specialty Camps. This fee includes lunch.
* Lunch is not available for purchase for campers who attend only one Specialty Camp per day.
