Chattanooga Christian School seeks students who desire high standards of scholarship and want to build outstanding personal character and faith in Jesus Christ. We welcome your interest in our school community and encourage you to begin the application process as soon as possible.

We are honored by your interest in CCS and look forward to assisting you with your application. Our process begins with each prospective student going through the Admissions checklist outlined below.

Admissions Application
Although the application deadline is January 31, we will continue to take applications for the 2024-2025 school year after this date as long as there is space available. The application for the 2025-2026 school year opens September 1. Prospective families are encouraged to start the process at anytime with an inquiry form. Decisions will be mailed on March 1.
As a distinctly Christian school for children of Christian families, we require that at least one parent or guardian profess faith in Jesus Christ and regularly attends a local Christian church. See below for additional requirements.

Admission Requirements

Completed Application
Our application must be completed electronically. To begin your application, please create an account in MyCCS. -
Student Records
- Grades and test scores for the last three (3) years
- Exceptional Education records
- Additional records, as needed (i.e., discipline records, eligibility report)

Recommendations
1. Pastor Recommendation: A recommendation is required from the pastor of the church you regularly attend.
2. Teacher Recommendation: A teacher recommendation is required for 1st-12th grade applicants. -
Student Interview
Grades 6-12 only -
Core Distinctives Seminar
This is a small group virtual meeting with a CCS representative. -
Placement Assessment
This is required for students in grades 6-10 to determine placement in honors classes. This is not an entrance exam.

We do not sell this information or share it with anyone else unless authorized by you or required by law. Only those CCS employees and consultants who need it to perform their job responsibilities are authorized to have access to your information that you provide.
