Soccer
CCS has a long tradition of fielding competitive soccer teams. The boys varsity team won State Championship titles in 2001 and 2011. In 2018 and 2021 the boys team competed in the Elite 8 at the TSSAA State Tournament. CCS has seen many players continue to compete in college.

Head Coach
Head Coach Tyler Robertson has a passion for leading students at CCS and you can see that play out on the field and in the Spirit Shop. Previously, Tyler was an assistant coach for both our varsity girls and boys programs and has been mentored by an experienced and impressive staff that includes Cal Sneller, Gretchen Hammel, and Warren Smith. Coach Robertson is assisted by Coach Warren Smith, 20-year head coach veteran. Tyler also coaches inside the Red Wolves Academy and served as an assistant coach in the Women's Premier Soccer League for the Chattanooga Lady Red Wolves SC (2021 Conference Champions).
Tyler has an MBA from Carson Newman. He earned his undergrad in Exercise and Sports Science at Tennessee Wesleyan University where he was a varsity soccer player.
