He has a wealth of experience in school administration, coaching, teaching, sports medicine, and strength and conditioning at the high school, collegiate, and clinical level. He holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University and a BA from Concordia College where he played football. Eric, and his wife, Colleen, have four children.
